It seems like all we ever hear from most diet gurus is “carbs are evil!”. We are told to avoid carbs like the plague and other such nonsense. Just as there are good and bad fats, there are good and bad carbs. Our bodies were designed to need a certain amount of fats, salt and yes even carbs to function properly. Just learn to distinguish between the good and the bad; make wise choices.
